There are many federal, state, and local requirements for reporting chemical spills. Some spills must be reported immediately after ensuring life and safety, and failure to make these calls properly can cost tens of thousands of dollars as well as resulting in negative publicity for your company. In this video we demonstrate how to make the required notifications to the National Response Center, the State Emergency Response Commission, and the Local Emergency Planning Committee.
