Vessel Pre-Departure Orientation
Overview:
This orientation, directed specifically towards fishing fleets, is designed to aid the onboarding process of new employees, and to cover some of the annual required recurring training for returning crew. We introduce many topics broadly to familiarize employees ahead time what safety and regulatory requirements they should expect to see. Topics are designed to aid with company specific procedures that are already in place along with setting solid baseline knowledge.
Course length: approximately 50 minutes.
